Procurement Assistant – US Embassy

The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for developing, soliciting, evaluating, awarding and administering purchase orders, delivery orders and other documents. Additionally, the Procurement Assistant will be involved with identifying cost-effective sources that meet embassy needs to ensure that all goods/services acquired represent best value to the US Government.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:
All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a security clearance.

All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.

Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Education Requirements:
Education: 2 A levels/equivalent or U.S. High School Diploma plus one year of college, or an equivalent academic qualification.
