Hotel Assistant Night Manager – Chelsea FC

A candidate to assist in the lead of the Night team in consistently delivering a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff whilst maximising revenues and maintaining a professional approach in all encounters. You will be required to cover for the Night Manager during their absence.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:

• Customer Service experience.
• Previous experience managing a front desk team.
• Available to work evenings.
• Be flexible in line with the demands of the business.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the use of booking systems.
• A background in the Hotel industry.
