Handyperson – Hyde

Accor is looking for a Handyperson for Hyde Hotel in London to handle all the maintenance issues around hotel, making sure guests stay safe and comfortable.

Duties

• Help with the daily maintenance of the hotel, hitting the right notes for any faults or repairs.
• Plumbing – unblocking drains/toilets, repairing/replacing taps etc.
• Minor electrical gigs – replacing lamps/fittings, sockets and switches etc.
• Rock the Health and Safety tasks, like weekly fire alarm tests, water temperature monitoring, showerhead descaling.
• Maintenance on HVAC systems like filter cleaning/replacing.
• Ensure the hotel is kept to the highest maintenance standards.
• Respond quickly to all maintenance requests and concerns from guests and team members following the hotel reporting procedure.
