Demi Chef de Partie – Chelsea FC

PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities):

  • Organising food preparation according to the business
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting according to the quality standard
  • Knowledge on managing and training commis chef’s/ apprentice
  • Assisting and maintaining the health and safety standard in the kitchen
  • Assisting and maintaining food hygiene standards

Qualifications:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting good quality dishes
  • Level 2 NVQ food and preparation diploma or equivalent
  • Food safety level 2
  • Confirmed knowledge of COSHH

Experience:

  • 2 year’s experience working in a similar position
