Accor are looking for a Painter & Decorator at their Mama Shelter Hotel in London.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and decorate various surfaces in the hotel, including walls, ceilings, and furniture.
• Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the hotel.
• Conduct surface preparation tasks such as sanding, filling cracks, and removing old paint or wallpaper.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired look.
• Ensure all work areas are protected and clean up after completing tasks.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize painting and other projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator.
• Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques.
• Ability to work with various tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
