Learning and Development Advisor – Chelsea FC

Chelsea FC is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor.

PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities):  

  • To ensure that all administration associated with the Learning and Development lifecycle of the employee is processed in a timely manner including but not limited to new starters log in details to our e-learning system,  
  • Partner closely with L&D Business Partner to support with the development needs across the organisation. 
  • To ensure the Learning and Development team are complying with the relevant legislation, along with the inhouse policies and procedures. 
  • To manage the Learning and Development inbox, processing queries within the agreed SLA 
  • The co-ordination of learning resources and collateral including room bookings and equipment 
  • Manage our company induction including scheduling and delivery.  
  • Management of the inhouse e-learning portal, including keeping listed courses are kept up to date and relevant to the business. 
  • Provide updates regarding the Learning and Development team via our internal intranet.   
  • Key communication with the wider HR Team 
  • Ensure all employee files are accurate and up to date in line with GDPR. 
  • Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required and assist the HR team as necessary.

Experience 

  • Previous administration experience  
  • Previous systems experience  
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Excellent computer skills with a good understanding of Microsoft  
  • Structured, well-organised and meticulous attention to detail (Essential)

  • Ability to plan work, deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines 
  • Proactive approach to work and able to work on own initiative 
  • Able to manage highly sensitive/confidential employee information
