Hotel Reception Supervisor – Chelsea FC

A candidate to assist the Hotel Management team, as well as delivering excellent customer service whilst being professional and of a timely manner. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests at check-in and check-out times using our in-house computer system efficiently, whilst also processing all related stay transactions. The guests health and safety is paramount by ensuring these protocols are adhered to at all times within the hotel, whilst also assisting with any fire evacuations accordingly.

 

Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:

 

  • 2 years minimum working in a 4-star or 5-star Hotel reception, or 1 year as a Hotel Reception Supervisor.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Be flexible in line with the demands of the business, including night shifts when necessary.
  • Experience with the operating system: Opera PMS

 

 

Nice to Have:

 

  • Duty Management experience but not essential
