Scope
Works with the Business Systems Manager to ensure the business systems for BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer are fit for purpose – supporting the business and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Accountabilities
- Provide support for the business in relation to group SharePoint/365 tools to help automate manual processes, increase collaboration, and identify new efficiencies.
- Support in providing system administration for the AIMS Operational suite in liaison with BA Cityflyer SMEs and assessing cyber risk
- Provide systems administration for the crew training records system and the Company’s Learning Management System (LMS). Including but not limited to, conversion and uploading of learning material for use in the LMS, maintaining question banks/exams, reporting, and testing.
- Act as a key contact for colleagues with respect to hardware/software support. Engage with teams on onboarding, training and escalation to group IT support teams as required.
- Provide administration support to the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Administrator and Electronic Tech Log (ETL) Administrator.
- Deliver administration of Company IT equipment, including maintaining an accurate IT asset register, placing IT orders and setting up desktop IT equipment

Qualifications / experience
- Equivalent qualification OR experience in IT/ Aviation / Technology (essential)
- Experience of training and supporting others in IT / Technical (desirable)
- Experience of providing system administration / support (desirable)
- Experience of building workflows (desirable)
- Knowledge of IT Network and Infrastructure (essential)
- Awareness of the cyber regulations (CAP1850) (desirable)
