Skills and Qualifications
- 5 x GCSEs minimum grade 4 or above, including English and Mathematics
- HNC in Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, or similar construction related discipline or Trade apprenticeship to a minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent Vocational Training.
- Prior experience of undertaking asset condition inspections is desired but not essential.
- Full driving licence and use of own transport.
- Physically fit, ability to work at heights, from ladders or working platforms, over/on water, in confined spaces and in varying weather conditions.
